           Pork Loin On The Grill
Grilled a pork loin on the rotisserie last night for dinner. This was a three and one half pound loin. Cooked it for twenty minutes per pound, simply dressed with olive oil, salt and pepper. Served it with mashed potatoes and sweet and sour red cabbage with applesauce. This was a delicious combination.
